Uno.care — Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Uno.care, operated by Mysticdoc Healthcare Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Uno.care mobile application or web platform (“App”, “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.
1. Use of the Services
Users agree to use the App and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Users are responsible for all activities under their account. Users shall not upload or transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, infringing, or violates third-party rights. Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, distributing, or creating derivative works from the App is prohibited except where permitted by law.
2. Medical Disclaimer
The App provides tools for health records management, engagement, monitoring, and wellness support. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgement, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Medical decisions must be taken by licensed healthcare professionals. The Company does not guarantee the medical accuracy or completeness of any information displayed within the App.
In case of emergency, users must contact emergency medical services immediately.
3. Privacy, Data Protection & Security
We maintain industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for the protection of personal and health information and do not sell such information to third parties for marketing. In the event of a data security breach, affected users and relevant authorities will be notified within legally required timelines.

4. Data Ownership, Retention & Portability
Users retain ownership of the data and records they upload. Users grant the Company a limited license to process such data solely for providing and improving the Services. Users may request deletion or export of their data, subject to legal and compliance obligations. Data is retained only as long as needed for service delivery or regulatory requirements.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with, rely upon, or provide access to third-party service providers including but not limited to hosting partners, analytics providers, SMS/communication gateways, payment processors, and cloud infrastructure platforms (“Third-Party Providers”).
Use of such third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies imposed by those providers. By using the App, Users acknowledge and agree to comply with such applicable third-party terms.
The Company shall not be responsible for any acts, omissions, data practices, service interruptions, content, or security incidents arising from Third-Party Providers, except where directly caused by the Company’s negligence or breach of obligations. The Company does not endorse, control, or guarantee the performance, accuracy, or availability of any third-party services.
Users are responsible for reviewing the policies of any third-party providers whose services they access through the App.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Uno.care platform, including its software, backend systems, design components, UI/UX assets, templates, reports, data models, analytics engines, documentation, branding, logos, workflow logic, proprietary algorithms, and trade secrets (“Uno.care IP”) are the exclusive property of Mysticdoc Healthcare Private Limited.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to users or third parties. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
All content entered, uploaded, or submitted by users remains owned by the user. By submitting such content, users grant Uno.care a limited license to store, process, and utilize the data only for purposes of providing the Service
7. Fees, Modifications & Changes to Services
Uno.care reserves the right to modify, update, or change the features, pricing, subscription plans, or overall service structure at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Uno.care platform or website, and updated links or notifications will indicate that modifications have been made. Users are encouraged to review the Service and pricing terms periodically.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
Users access and use the App voluntarily and at their own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or consequences arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App or Services, including indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
By using the App, Users release and agree to indemnify the Company, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and agents from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of their use of the App or violation of these Terms.
The Company is not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or delays in information, whether originating from the Company or third-party providers.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury directly caused by the Company.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate use of the App at any time. Upon termination, users may request deletion or return of their data, subject to lawful retention requirements.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
The parties shall attempt resolution through negotiation and mediation. If unresolved, any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Mumbai, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
